The Bay Fish & Chips
The Bay Fish & Chips is owned and run by husband and wife team, Calum and Lindsay Richardson. Both are previous recipients of the Federation of Fish Friers’ Young Fish Frier of the Year Award. The Bay is one of the Sustainable Restaurants Association’s Sustainability Champions and is ranked in the Top 5 for sustainability across the UK’s catering industry. They were the first fish and chip shop to gain Marine Stewardship Council Chain of Custody for North Sea Haddock. Their recipe is for Fishcakes made from sustainable smoked scottish haddock.
