Recipes
Eating a low carbon meal during Climate Week is a simple and tasty way to be part of the solution to climate change. If you need any ideas or inspiration, then why not try out some of the recipes provided by chefs, celebrities and organisations supporting Climate Week Cuisine.
Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Sir Paul McCartney, Levi Roots, Meat Free Monday and the Vegetarian Society are just some of the contributors sharing their environmentally-friendly recipes – from tasty tarts to sumptuous salads.
If you’re planning to make your own low carbon meal, let Climate Week know about it and register your meal.
